Delicious food with village charm

Waking up to the delightful aroma of freshly prepared breakfast was a highlight. The staff, especially Irene, were welcoming and knowledgeable about local attractions.

While the cozy room setup was lovely, WiFi connectivity was quite weak, making it hard to stay connected. A bit of a hiccup for modern travelers.

Everything about the Step House was first class! The breakfast was a standout, cooked to order and simply delicious. Plus, the spacious Deluxe Double Room had a charming decor that really added to the overall ambiance.

A couple of small things could up the game — our hallway mirror had fingerprints, and while the bed was comfy, it felt a tad tired with some stains on the stool. A few cosmetic touches would do wonders!

Just a fine choice for a brief hiatus in Borris with incredible value for money. The dinner offered was incredibly well-prepared and might just be the best I've ever had in a hotel. Walk around the town in the morning for a fresh start.
